Margi and Margaret are a dynamic duo. I purchased a townhouse through them. They have knowledge of the area and listened carefully to what I wanted. After touring two houses and two condos I decided I would like a townhouse. They were proactive and would suggest places that were available before they were listed publicly or within hours of being listed. Because I had to drive two hours to tour a prospective townhouse, one of them would go through it and let me know if it was as presented online. Patience!! They had lots of it because I changed my mind several times and toured multiple places, but I did find the perfect place and with minor changes (paint and new carpet) I am very happy. If you are looking for a realtor to purchase a house, I would recommend these two. Because of their standards, they would be a valuable asset in selling a house too. Great team!!!
